1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned in their original packaging.
1.2 Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team at onendunncards@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be guided through the next steps.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Certain items are non-refundable, including sealed products and box break purchases.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process will apply.
